Labour may have won 167 seats more than the other parties combined, but when the
votes were counted, Labour didn't appeal to 16 million voters. If the UK
Parliament seats were allocated by proportional representation out of the 659
seats Labour would only have 268, Conservatives 209, Liberal Democrats 120,
Scottish National Party 12, UK Independence 10, and others 40. Is it a time for
